Inside a glass pavilion brimming with romance and imagination, this extraordinary wedding was a celebration of love, creativity and floral artistry. Wild at Heart were entrusted with bringing the couple’s vision to life, transforming a grand glass structure into a floral wonderland filled with character, colour and couture-level detail.
The ceremony was a breathtaking garden-like scene, brought to life with an abundance of delphiniums, peonies, hydrangeas, roses and more - an immersive floral landscape that blurred the lines between nature and art. A long, winding aisle guided guests through meadows of soft colour and texture, leading toward a spectacular altar framed by tall trees and lush floral artistry.
At its heart stood a beautiful old Irish gate, its weathered elegance entwined with fresh blooms, weaving history, romance and symbolism into the design to create an unforgettable focal point. The colour palette was drawn directly from the bride’s hand-embroidered gown, echoing its delicate tones and intricate detailing throughout the entire space.
The drinks reception was inspired by the groom’s love of chess, with striking topiary chess pieces thoughtfully placed throughout the space and even integrated into the bar design. The sculptural bar, dressed in a checkerboard of verdant foliage, stood as a bold focal point beneath the pavilion’s sweeping glass arches.
Freestanding wicker urns overflowing with seasonal flowers added texture and height, while carefully selected furniture and prop hire pieces created an atmosphere of effortless elegance and comfort. Velvet sofas in soft olive tones, striped cushions, rattan seating and natural wood tables invited guests to relax and take in the artistry around them.
Each surface was styled with Wild at Heart’s signature attention to detail - antique brass candelabras, handblown glassware, vintage books and softly flickering candlelight nestled amongst flowers in hues of blush, garnet and green. The addition of beautiful seasonal florals tied every element together, combining artistry and personal touches to craft a truly memorable and immersive experience.
The dinner was an unforgettable feast for the senses, a celebration of artistry and atmosphere beneath the glowing light of stunning glass chandeliers that filled the pavilion with warmth and enchantment. We designed and styled every element of the dining experience - from bespoke hand-painted tablecloths by @deeprosedesigns and curated accessories to the floral compositions, tableware, and lighting, ensuring every detail spoke in harmony.
Bespoke tabletops and varying table sizes created visual rhythm throughout the room, while candlelight, elegant candelabras and artfully dressed napkins introduced layers of texture and sophistication. Long banquet tables were adorned with sculptural flower arrangements and whimsical ceramic parrots perched among vases, each adding a playful yet polished touch.
Seasonal flowers in shades of mauve, blush and claret mingled with flickering candlelight and coloured glass votives, transforming the setting into a richly layered and utterly immersive dining experience. Every detail, from the hand-painted linens to the golden candlesticks and vintage silver cutlery, was chosen to tell a story of refined beauty, imagination and joy.
Our work extended far beyond florals, from dressing the bar in layers of topiary and foliage to creating relaxed lounge areas filled with rattan furniture, candles and lush arrangements. The design language was cohesive throughout: natural, textural, and full of English garden charm.
Many of the pieces featured, including candelabras, urns, vases and tableware, are part of the Wild at Heart Prop Hire Collection, available for weddings, events and private celebrations. Each piece has been curated for its timeless beauty and ability to elevate an event into something truly unforgettable.
Before the wedding itself, the couple were invited to an exclusive design presentation run by @bespokeeventslondon and Wild at Heart, a bespoke sample event where every visual and sensory element of their day was laid out for review.
From early colour palettes and fabric swatches to floral mock-ups, lighting samples and linen tests, our team meticulously coordinated every detail. Tables were fully dressed with layered cloths, cutlery, candles, and florals so the couple could experience their tablescape exactly as it would appear on the day.
This process allowed us to fine-tune every texture, tone and finish, ensuring that the final installation was executed to perfection. It was a true collaboration of creativity, passion and precision, and a reflection of the care that defines every Wild at Heart event.
