How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to your selected delivery interval and the products will be automatically delivered by the shop after each successful renewal.
For example, if you started a monthly subscription, then the system will automatically charge your credit card each month and you will get the products to your doorstep each month, without the need to place the order by yourself!

How will my flowers arrive?
London Deliveries
Our London-based orders are hand-delivered by our private couriers from Wild at Heart to majority of London postcodes between 9am and 8pm. Your bouquet will be hand tied with ribbon, wrapped in paper and presented in a Wild at Heart paper bag. Any London postcode not covered by the Wild at Heart delivery team will be sent by DPD.
Nationwide Deliveries
We use our trusted delivery partner, DPD, to deliver flower bouquets to addresses across the UK. Your flower bouquet will arrive in our Wild at Heart box, carefully wrapped in cellophane for protection with flower gel to keep your flowers fresh.
Care and gift message cards are included in all flower bouquet deliveries.
Please refer to our Delivery page for more information.
What should I do when my flowers arrive?
When you receive your flower bouquet, carefully unwrap the flowers as soon as you can. Cut each flower stem at an angle with scissors and then place in a vase of fresh water. We recommend you leave your flowers tied together so the arrangement holds in place. For more information, read our How to Care for your Bouquet guide for more information.
How long will the flower bouquet last?
We guarantee our flower bouquets will last a minimum of 5 days from delivery, provided our care instructions are followed. Read our Flower Bouquet Essentials guide for more information.
How can I care for the flower bouquet?
We include a care tips card with every flower bouquet to ensure your recipient gets the most out of their flowers. We would always recommend keeping your flowers in a cool place and away from direct sunlight. Change the water every few days, and remove any faded flowers. Read our Care for your Bouquet guide for more information.
Will my flower bouquet look like the picture?
We photograph our deluxe floral bouquets for the website unless stated otherwise. Please refer to the dimensions of different sizes on the Size Guide tab on the product page.
If a flower pictured is unavailable for any reason, we will substitute this for a flower of the same or higher monetary value and in a similar style and colour. Please note as with all natural products, there may be slight variances in colour.
Are these flowers pet and/or child safe?
Cat owners should avoid any floral bouquets that contain lilies as these flowers are highly toxic to cats. We would also recommend households with young children, cats or dogs should avoid floral bouquets that contain Peonies, Daffodils, Iris, Tulips, or Chrysanthemums as these can have adverse side effects if ingested and/or could irritate the skin.
If in doubt, please get in touch for more information.
Can I add an extra gift like wine or chocolates to my flower bouquet order?
Of course. You can view the full range of our gifts here.
Can these be delivered same-day?
We now offer same-day delivery in London. Please order online before 3pm on weekdays and 12pm on weekends to receive your order the same day. However, if you do miss our website cut-off times, please call our florists on 020 7229 1174 and we will do our best to accommodate your delivery. Please note that in some cases, particularly with single stems, we cannot guarantee the flowers will be available for same-day delivery. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible.
