We work with DPD for nationwide deliveries, and the London-based orders are hand-delivered by our private couriers from Wild at Heart.

Our courier, DPD, will be in touch to arrange a 1-hour delivery window, if no-one is home to receive the delivery, you can specify for your order is left with a neighbour or in a safe place on the property. Please include this information in the 'notes' section of the checkout page, without this the parcel will be taken back to the delivery depot and the recipient left a delivery re-arrangement card.
