• A FESTIVE AFTERNOON TEA

    We are so excited to have worked with Black Polar Events to create the most beautiful Christmas Afternoon Tea at 30 Pavilion Road for Bvlgari.

  • THE VENUE

    Welcoming the guests at the entrance to the venue were two Christmas trees standing in golden pots. The trees dressed with warm white lights, gold and navy blue velvet bows with an elegant gold star at the top of each tree - creating the perfect Christmas entrance.

  • THE FIREPLACE

    As guests entered the venue, they were greeted by a striking asymmetric overgrown garland at the fireplace. Created with a mixture of seasonal pine and masses of navy blue pimpernel hydrangeas, gold pine cones and soft white fern, tumbling down to provide the perfect photo backdrop.

  • To the left of the fireplace was a spectacular 9ft Christmas tree, placed in a gold pot, dressed with warm white lights and plenty of navy blue & gold tone baubles and piles of gift wrapped presents placed under the tree. This was then replicated in a larger size at the foot of the staircase, to continue the theme throughout 30 Pavilion.

  • THE AFTERNOON TEA

    Keeping with the style throughout the rest of the venue, the tables were dressed with low arrangements, mixing seasonal pine, eucalyptus and glistening golden foliage, creating a cosy flowerbed for the cake stands.

  • To tie in the rest of the room, we placed another garland on the fireplace in the dining room, full of mixed pines, glistening golden foliage and golden branches with hints of soft white asparagus fern to perfectly compliment the dining tables and bring an element of enchantment to the room.
