Same Day Delivery for London

Please order online before 2pm on weekdays and 12pm on the weekend to receive your order the same day. However, if you do miss our website cut off times, please do call our florists on 020 7229 1174 and we will try our best to accommodate your delivery.

Our Express Delivery, for same-day and next-day deliveries after cut-off times in London, varies from £15 to £45 depending on the location (learn more in the 'Same day delivery in London' section below), while our Standard Delivery, for next-day and nominated-day deliveries in London and nationwide, is priced at £15.

Our London-based orders are hand-delivered by our private couriers from Wild at Heart between 9am and 8pm.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee or specify a time slot. If no one is at home, a delivery note will be left to specify whether the bouquet was left with a neighbour or in a safe place at the delivery address.

Your order will arrive between 9am- 7pm.

Our Standard Delivery, for tomorrow and nominated-day deliveries nationwide, is priced at £15.

Our courier, DPD, will be in touch to arrange a 1-hour delivery window, if no-one is home to receive the delivery, you can specify for your order is left with a neighbour or in a safe place on the property. Please include this information in the 'notes' section of the checkout page, without this the parcel will be taken back to the delivery depot and the recipient left a delivery re-arrangement card.

Please note, that we are currently unable to deliver to the Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and Scilly Isles.

We now offer a free Click and Collect service from our London shops. Select your preferred collection location and date at checkout when placing your order.

FLOWERS & PERISHABLE ITEMS: Unfortunately we cannot accept change of mind returns of any fresh flower or food/beverage products. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order or your flowers are damaged in transit, please contact us at flowers@wildatheart.com including a photo and your order number within 24 hours of receiving your order.  

HOMEWARE: We accept returns of homeware items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be sent back to us in their original packaging and remain undamaged to qualify for a refund. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure the safe return of your item. Before returning a product, please email us at flowers@wildatheart.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

If you order only Wild at Home homeware (without adding any other items, like flowers or wreaths), you can choose two types of delivery:

Next-day delivery (delivered the following day).

Nominated-day delivery (choose your preferred delivery day).

The cost of delivery for these homeware items is £3.95.
