Barefoot luxury with a chic rustic feel was the brief for this beach wedding, which was set on the picturesque French island of Île Sainte-Marguerite, off the coast of Antibes.

The ceremony and reception took place on the white sands of a private beach. We made two breath-taking arches which were filled with hydrangeas, peonies, delphiniums, stock and eucalyptus. One arrangement beautifully framed the bride and groom as they said their vows and the other created the perfect entrance for guests as they stepped off the yacht.

For the aisle entrance two elegant ‘floating’ flower arrangements in clear urns stood on white pillars either side of the walkway. Hand-painted white chairs lined the aisle; we decorated these with chair ties combining O’Hara roses, guelder roses, hydrangeas, peonies and a sprinkling of eucalyptus. A stunning bespoke flower canopy was hung over the top table. Bamboo columns were wrapped in garlands of eucalyptus and white roses and cascades of white delphiniums and peonies hung from the surrounding olive trees. As night fell, rows of silver and crystal storm lanterns sparkled under the stars.
