• THE LANGUAGE OF COSMOS

Cosmos are perennial plants in the sunflower family. They are native to North and Central America but can now be found all over the world, as long as they are grown in a warm and sunny place.

The name "cosmos" derives from the Greek word meaning "harmony”.

Cosmos come in a wide range of colors, including white, pink, red, orange, and yellow, making them a fabulous addition to gardens and within bouquets.

  • COSMOS IN BOUQUETS

Cosmos are the perfect accent flower for bouquets for a variety of reasons. Firstly, depending on the variety they have very different petal shapes making them a versatile flower for many bouquet styles. The array of stunning colours that these flowers come in also adds another layer of versatility.

As well as cosmos flowers being a stunning addition to bouquets, the plants often have a fern-like foliage, which can be a gorgeous choice of filler to bouquets.

  • COSMOS FOR WEDDINGS AND EVENTS

The long stems and vibrant colours of cosmos flowers make them popular choices for cut flower arrangements.

The wildflower appearance of cosmos lends itself to rustic themed weddings, whilst its intricate and balanced petals make for a romantic and playful setting.
