Bring the floral magic into your home time and time again with our bouquet subscription service.

All of our bouquets will be personally designed by Nikki using her favourite fresh seasonal flowers. 
 
If you have any specific colour or style preferences, please tell us in the notes section at the checkout, and we’ll find the perfect flowers to fit the brief. We will include a free glass bell vase in your first delivery, worth £45!
 
To order, simply select your bouquet size, the length of subscription and the frequency you’d like to receive deliveries.
 
Going away? No problem - pause and manage your subscription in your account area on our website and choose to resume your deliveries when is convenient for you. 
 

Please note - the price quoted is per bouquet. Payments will be taken by direct debit the day before deliveries are made. Delivery is charged at £12.50 on each order.

We offer next and named day delivery across London and the United Kingdom, 7 days a week. We work with DPD for Nationwide deliveries and out Wild at Heart drivers hand deliver orders in London. Delivery is £12.50 per order.


Please note we are currently unable to deliver to the Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and Scilly Isles.

What are the options for payment?

You have two options for payment of subscriptions; full payment upfront or your nominated bank card will be charged a few days before delivery alongside the order confirmation email confirming the next delivery. Please note, we currently charge delivery on all orders.

Is there flexibility on the length of my subscription?

We offer complete flexibility on our subscriptions. You can sign up to receive deliveries each week or month and can select the length of your deliveries on the product page at the time of purchase. We have a minimum of three deliveries on all subscriptions.

I am going on holiday, can I pause my next delivery?

Absolutely! Please get in touch with our florists who will be able to pause your delivery or change any delivery dates.

When can I expect my bouquet to be delivered?

Your bouquet will be delivered on the date that you have selected at checkout at the time of your original order. For weekly deliveries, it will be sent on the same day each week as your first order, unless you tell us otherwise.

Can I choose what bouquet I receive?

When you set up your subscription, you can select what size bouquet you would like to receive from Small, Medium, Large or Deluxe sizes. For more details on the sizing of our bouquets, please refer to our size guides.

Our Florists will create your hand-tied bouquet using the best flowers on the stand. If you do have any specific colour or style preferences, please tell us in the notes section at checkout and we'll find the perfect flowers to fit the brief.

Very occasionally, we may need to send you a slightly different bouquet to any style or colour preferences noted on your original order due to seasonal availability.

Can I add a gift message to my subscription order?

Yes, you can add a gift card and gift message for your subscription at checkout. Please note, this will be the same for each subscription delivery unless stated otherwise.

How will my flowers arrive?

London Deliveries

Our Wild at Heart team delivers your flower bouquets in our own vans to the majority of London postcodes. Your bouquet will be hand tied with ribbon, wrapped in paper and presented in a Wild at Heart paper bag. Any London postcode not covered by the Wild at Heart delivery team will be sent by DPD.

Nationwide Deliveries

We use our trusted delivery partner, DPD, to deliver flower bouquets to addresses across the UK. Your flower bouquet will arrive in our Wild at Heart box, carefully wrapped in cellophane for protection with flower gel to keep your flowers fresh.

Care and gift message cards are included in all flower bouquet deliveries.

What should I do when my flowers arrive?

When you receive your flower bouquet, carefully unwrap the flowers as soon as you can. Cut each flower stem at an angle with scissors and then place in a vase of fresh water. We recommend you leave your flowers tied together so the arrangement holds in place. For more information, read our guide on caring for your Bouquet for more information.

How long will the flower bouquet last?

We guarantee our flower bouquets will last a minimum of 5 days from delivery, provided our care instructions are followed. Read our Flower Bouquet Essentials guide for more information.

How can I care for the flower bouquet?

We include a care tips card with every flower bouquet to ensure your recipient gets the most out of their flowers. We would always recommend keeping your flowers in a cool place and away from direct sunlight. Change the water every few days, and remove any faded flowers.
