A Private Dinner at the Connaught

July, 02 2015

This private birthday party at The Connaught certainly was a stylish affair. We used a colour scheme of pink, blush and apricot flowers with accents of gold and silver to create this opulent, Louis XIV-style dinner.

A spectacular golden urn was placed in the centre of the room, filled with a tumbling, display of blush and nude roses and delicate spray roses, café au lait dahlias, full blown peonies in soft pink and cream. This was surrounded by similar arrangements of differing shapes and heights placed into crystal vases to give the room a luxurious feel.

This colour scheme was continued along the top the fireplace with clusters of mixed crystal storm lanterns. Soft pink, lilac and cream petals were scattered on the floor for a decorative touch.
