The five day festival of lights, Diwali, kicked off yesterday with millions of Hindus, Sikhs and Jains around the world attending firework displays, prayers, and celebratory gatherings. Coinciding with the Hindu New Year, the Diwali Festival commemorates new beginnings and the triumph of good over evil and light over darkness.
Nikki Tibbles Wild at Heart events team designed and decorated a London store on Dover Street in preparation for a Diwali event this week.
Lengths of carnation garlands in white and red hung from the ground floor window of the shop front, creating a beautiful backdrop for the mannequins.
The till area was adorned with gold bud vases filled with delicate euphorbia and placed alongside gold, bronze and rose gold tea lights, dressing the shelves perfectly.
A tiered lion head stand was beautifully embellished with red and white carnation heads, creating a lovely and unique arrangement.
