Scabiosa is a genus in the honeysuckle family of flowering plants. The flower is also known as a pincushion flowers.
This perennial originates from southern Europe. There are now approximately 100 different species around various parts of Asia, east-Africa and Europe
The flower commonly comes in shades of red, purple, lavender, pink, blue, and white.
Scabiosa is such a beautiful addition to bouquets due to their pincushion centre and fluffy petals.
