Our first wedding of 2016 was at the stunning One Mayfair with Sarah Gorlov Events. For the ceremony, the aisle was lined with gold and clear lanterns and glass votives hung from trees, creating a magical candlelit pathway for the bride.

For the reception, table centres were filled with a gorgeous mix of Earl Grey roses, Majolica spray roses, white anemones and white lilac. Candle sticks and tea lights surrounded the flowers adding a warm candle glow to the table.

Don’t know your roses from your ranunculi? Buying flowers for that special someone can be extremely overwhelming, especially when it comes to Valentine’s Day. But with so many styles, colours, sizes and scents to choose from, how do you pick the perfect flowers for your loved one?  Luckily we’re on hand to give you a few tips on how to get it right this February 14th.

When shopping for your Valentines bouquet, there are a number of different variations you can look for. Red Roses are, of course, the go-to flower for their elegance, timeless beauty and representation of love and passion, making them a perfect gift for many. On the left we have our Classic Red Naomi Dozen, a big and extravagant bouquet of red roses with pink blossom and seasonal foliage – it is sure to impress with its beauty and size. On the right is our Luxurious Rose Knot, a much more compact bouquet with a combination of red, black and hot pink garden roses and spray roses.

However, if you’re looking for something a little different, why not add a colourful twist to a classic bouquet by sending your love an arrangement of roses in her favourite colour? On the left, our compact Romantic Rose Knot is a perfect assortment of pink roses, and on the right is our Classic Vibrant Rose Dozen with a mix of different coloured roses.

After something that will leave a lasting impression? Our new range of Valentine’s Day mixed bouquets are wild and romantic with an ethereal feel. If you don’t want to get a traditional all-red rose bouquet, but still want to give something gorgeous and romantic, take a look at our Romance range: Passionate Romance (left), Timeless Romance (right), Wild Romance and Sweet Romance.

Or if roses aren’t your thing, sending a gorgeous bouquet of blossoming tulips can be just as beautiful.

It’s the British Fashion Council’s first event of the year, and also Wild at Heart’s first event of 2016. The menswear event took place at the magnificent Spencer House and we created some elegant flower arrangements to complement the stunning interior of the venue.

Tealights and storm lanterns lined the staircase, inviting guests into the venue. In one of the rooms, an arrangement of beautiful white and green spring flowers, including white lilac, roses, guelder rose, and fresh green foliage, was placed in front of an ornate mirror. In the Library and dining room, we create arrangements in tones of moody blues and deep purples that included pimpernel hydrangea and beautiful lilac tone roses.
