We were lucky enough to work with Kit and Caboodle on this extravagant wedding in Baku, Azerbaijan. Using a floral palette of pinks and purples with wild and trailing garden foliage and berries, we were able to create a life-size enchanted forest, which wouldn’t be complete without its own selfie flower wall of course!

In line with our collaboration with Alex Monroe’s new jewellery collection “The Language of Flowers”, we’re about to launch our new autumn collection inspired by the Victorian concept of “floriography” where flowers were given different symbolic meanings, allowing people to express feelings which otherwise would not be spoken. Say your message with one of these beautiful hand-tied bouquets…
Sweetheart Bouquet; Show your appreciation to someone special with this beautiful bouquet of cheerio roses, garden hydrangea, pink asclepias, cotinus foliage, black hypericum berries, black dahlias and pink astrantia.
Lucky Charm Bouquet; This fresh and crisp bouquet represents hope and desire and is made of seasonal greens and whites including roses, hydrangeas, ammi and hypericum berries.
Warm Embrace Bouquet; Whatever the occasion, this bright and vibrant bouquet will spread the joy and happiness this autumn with a seasonal mix of dahlias, rosehips, zinnias and roses.
We were also lucky enough to have Alex Monroe himself visit our store for a lesson in flower arranging! See how he got on in the video which will be up on our blog soon! And don’t forget to keep a look out for our Language of Flowers Range which will be online shortly. In the meantime, click here to browse our Seasonal Favourites.

In just five months the Wild at Heart Foundation have made 100 dogs happy and 100 families complete. We spoke to Nadine Kayser, who co-founded the WAHF with Nikki, as she looks back on some of the dogs the charity has helped to rehome.
“Our very first WAHF dog found love in Warwickshire. Little Lilly was rescued in Romania by Anca’s Shelter who nursed her back to health and then showered her with care and affection … Lilly bloomed and travelled 1800 miles to the open arms of Emma Keep. Our 100th dog, the amazing Jojo, thrown out with the rubbish in Lesvos – starving and terrified – was brought back to life by Claire and Matthew (Gaga Animal Care) and flew just 48 hours ago into the warm heart and home of Sophie Dahl and Jamie Callum.”
And somewhere in the middle, they also managed to rehome over 50 dogs in the space of just four weeks! By 2020, the WAHF aims to open 1 UK rescue centre, run 10 national media campaigns, support 100 rescue projects, rehome 1,000 animals, educate 10,000 children and neuter 100,000 dogs, so this achievement marks the first step towards their mission. It couldn’t have been done without all of the amazing rescuers, carers, adopters, fosterers, volunteers, followers, supporters and donators – all of whom have helped the WAHF to find a life line for these dogs.
Visit the Wild at Heart Foundation website to find out more about the charity and donate. You can also donate through purchasing our Wild at Heart Foundation Bouquet, of which 25% of all proceeds go to the Wild at Heart Foundation.

Whilst many brides insist on summer weddings for their delicate, pretty flowers and gorgeous colour schemes, each year we are seeing more and more brides opting for winter weddings which can be just as stunning. Here are our tips on how you can create a perfect winter wedding:
• If you’re set on creating your own winter wonderland on your wedding day, stick to cooler tones which work well with ivory roses, white hellebores and white anemones.
• Soft dewy colours such as lilacs and dirty pinks can also be added to incorporate some colour into your arrangements.
• Silver and grey foliage’s such as eucalyptus and senecio add a slightly frosted effect to your floral wedding décor.
• Anemones, tulips and ranunculi in deep rich reds, burgundy’s and purples along with golden accents can look beautiful as part of a warmer colour palette.
• Masses of candles and storm lanterns lined with petals are perfect for creating a romantic lighting and warmth in those cooler winter months.
• Winter also means Christmas, so if your big day is inspired by the festive season, why not make use of seasonal foliage such as hypericum berries or add a touch of holly, pine or mistletoe for a beautifully festive finish.
• We love the idea of glitter dipped roses to add sparkle to your big day!

Here at Nikki Tibbles Wild at Heart, we pride ourselves on creating beautiful events from the first mood board down to the last flower. For this rustic chic September wedding we worked with a colour scheme of soft pastel tones to compliment the vintage fairground inspired style the couple wanted to create.
We loved the how the bunting, vintage funfair rides and the backdrops inside the barn set the theme for this fabulously whimsical wedding reception. For the floral décor, collections of vintage pewter and silver, in the form of tea pots, tankards, goblets and cups were filled with beautiful and wild arrangements of white, cream and pale pink garden roses, lilac and white scabiosa and lilac clematis as well as soft coloured wild flowers. Mixed within these arrangements were crystal storm lanterns of mixed heights and styles, and crystal and silver tea light holders which gave the tables a colourful and eclectic look.
