In preparation for Valentine’s Day, my shops are beginning to flourish in bundles of love, hearts and roses.

Yesterday the talented Sarah, from SIB Design, worked her magic in Pimlico as she carefully hand-painted gorgeous red hearts on to the windows. Visible from afar, the hearts look perfectly romantic as a backdrop for my fabulous flower.

Gentlemen have already been ordering bouquets in their hoards to surprise their Valentine next month; there’s going to be a lot of blissful ladies on 14th February!

Don’t forget, you can get 20% off you Valentine’s Day bouquet if you order online before 7th February.

WOW, WOW, WOW!  Welcome to flower paradise at the breath-taking Hitachi Seaside Park in Japan.

The magnificent park is an all-year round of colour changing florals.  Each season a new flower grows creating an ever changing colour palette paradise.  In spring baby blue nemophilas fill the fields with dusty blue gorgeousness.  Green cotton wool shrubs transform into dark crimson balls as summer comes to an end and the river of flowers sparkle endlessly.

I think I’ve found my heaven.  And my top-spot for ‘Places to visit in 2014’ list!

Simply – you guessed it – WOW.

Tomorrow I am very excited to be whizzing over to Paris for the fabulous Maison & Objet exhibition.  One of my favourite shows, Maison & Objet is the piece-de-résistance for design lovers alike.

Bringing together all the arts of living, I will be stepping in to a wonderland of beautiful things.  The showcase gathers together top players in the industry, chooses the best to offer, inspires new trends and promotes art and creativeness worldwide.  I’m not sure I’ll ever want to leave.

Come back next week to find out what I fall head-over-heels for and what ended up on my (very long, no doubt!) Wild at Heart shopping list.

It’s true what they say; drink a fresh juice in the morning and you’ll be full of beans the rest of the day!  To kick-start my Thursday morning, I was excited to be meeting with the wonderful Cindy Palusamy, founder of The Juicery.

With the philosophy of ‘Expert Goodness’, I wanted to learn more about how delectably healthy and nutritious eating and drinking could be.

Meeting at their successful pop-up bar at 108 Marylebone Lane, I was welcomed by a fabulous mix of colour and energy.  As Cindy talked through each one, and the tasting began, I simply couldn’t decide which was my favourite.  Perhaps Vine – a fresh green health juice of celery, cucumber, apples, spinach, lime, mint and avocado.  Or Graceful Green, created by nutritionist to the stars, Amelia Freer, which contained spinach, kale, cucumber, parsley, lime, mint and Jax Coco Water.  Both were simply scrumptious. They all were!

The Juicery source local and organic as much as possible and like myself, celebrate seasonality with a passion.

Now it’s decision time as I will be revealing an exciting collaboration in the coming weeks.  I certainly feel inspired to get my Vitamix out to start my days with a juice!

We’re talking all things love and romance in preparation for Valentine’s Day.  Roses are our most popular flower we use in a Valentine’s bouquet but did you know each coloured rose has a different meaning?  If you’re looking for inspiration for that perfect romantic gift then glaze your eyes over the Wild at Heart meaning chart.

Red means love:

Red roses show love and passion.  Give a red rose to someone you have great respect for and those who have shown courage.

A single red rose shows love, a dozen shows gratitude, twenty-five shows congratulations and fifty show unconditional love.  Two red roses tied together symbolises an engagement.

Pink means gratitude:

Pink roses in are given to those whom you want to show thankfulness, admiration and happiness.

Orange means desire:

Give an orange rose to someone you desire, those you want to know better or those who you are very proud of.

Yellow means friendship:

Yellow roses express joy, gladness and friendship.

White means purity:

Give a white rose to someone who is innocent, humble and pure.

Lavender means enchantment:

Lavender roses show you have fallen in love with someone from the moment you saw them. Give lavender rose to those who are unique and those who are enchanting.

It’s always a fabulous morning when you wake up to the eccentric Brix Smith Smart on breakfast TV.  And even better when it’s her two adorable pugs, Gladys and Pixie, who are the stars of the show.  Brix was on ITV’s Daybreak talking about National Dress Your Pooch Day and, quite rightly so, Gladys and Pixie were showing ‘em how it’s done and donning a top-hat and Minnie Mouse outfit!

As my mind ticked over whilst I got stuck into my bowl of porridge and cup of Earl Grey, I wondered whether I should dig out the fabulous hand-made Jenny Packham dog coat I bought Tia last year…

Well, I think she read my mind as she jolted a million miles in the opposite direction as I got off my chair to have a look.  Perhaps it’s a bad hair day!

Are you dressing up your pets today?  I’d love to see some pictures, tweet me at @Realwildatheart

Receiving professional wedding photos from my brides always brings me out in flushes of excitement.  This week I was sent a collection of fabulous photos from a three day wedding we were part of in 2013.  From floral canopies and huge floral bordered mirrors, to colour burst table arrangements and magnificent candelabras and chandeliers, this was one of my favourite weddings of the previous year.  Thank you to the fabulous Banana Split events team. Bright block colour seemed the favourite for 2014 in an array of ruffles, sparkles and simple gorgeousness – here’s my pick of favourite dresses.
